NSDC hosted a virtual workshop with NV Grow and the U.S. Small Business Administration covering the key differences between SBA 504 and 7(a) loans: down payments, program requirements, and how financing supports long-term growth and real estate ownership. Co-hosted by Paola Gonzalez and Keeley Mason alongside SBA District Director Saul Ramos.
