The business
Enclave is a 75,000-square-foot multi-purpose facility built for major shows and international touring concerts, and able to host corporate events of every kind.
The building
The building includes state-of-the-art rehearsal space large enough that the biggest acts can rehearse until they are ready for show time. Alongside it, Enclave developed a large events venue that adds value for clients booking the space.
Why owning mattered
A venue is the asset. Square footage, ceiling height and rehearsal space cannot be improvised in a leased box, and the improvements only pay back over a long horizon. Owning the building is what makes that investment rational.
“This project was extremely complex. We found a piece of land, we designed a building from the ground up, but we never really worried about the financing arm of it. All we had to do was take care of building the building and creating our dreams.”
