The deal

NSDC client Grass Valley Auto Service completed the $860,000 purchase of its Winnemucca property, featured in Northern Nevada Business Weekly.

Rural Nevada, same program

The 504 program is not a city product. Winnemucca is a long way from Las Vegas, and the structure is identical: the bank’s first mortgage, NSDC’s fixed-rate second, the owner’s equity.
