The deal

NSDC congratulated Moment Skis on the purchase of its Reno headquarters at 1085 Bible Way, a transaction valued at $2.075 million and featured in Northern Nevada Business Weekly.

A factory is not portable

Ski manufacturing is presses, ovens and layup space built into the building. Moving is close to starting again, which is the argument for owning the floor you build on.
