The Firm, a Professional Law Corporation, is a boutique practice providing a wide range of legal services to Southern Nevada residents. Its founder, Preston Rezaee, Esq., also established Vegas Legal Magazine.
The deal
Rezaee closed financing on a $1.26 million loan package to purchase the headquarters. The package included a $495,000 low-interest SBA loan arranged with the assistance of Nevada State Development Corporation.
Why the address mattered
The new headquarters sits about one block from the Regional Justice Center and the Foley Federal Building. For a practice whose work happens in those buildings, that is not a nice-to-have — it is the difference between a walk and a drive, every day.
